Making Beer, part II

After the beer sits and "works" in a cool, dark place for about a week, the next step in the process is transferring it to secondary fermentation. Ron did that on April 13 (sorry...I'm delayed in getting the pictures posted :-)

Then, it has to "work" in a cool dark place for another week to ten days.
