After secondary fermentation is completed, it's time to bottle the beer!
The first step in bottling is washing up all the bottles. First, soak them in the sanitizing stuff.
Then, rinse the bottles thoroughly.
Next, transfer into a clean bucket.
(Be sure to have a beer or two available to quench your thirst while working SO very hard!--the cheap stuff will do in a pinch!)
Then, begin siphoning the beer into bottles. (I SO enjoy helping my husband with this hobby! Can you tell?)
Cap the bottles.
Yep...I'm STILL enjoying myself...
Be sure to get EVERY last drop out of the bucket...
Drink the left over that doesn't fill a bottle completely, and declare "OHHHHH...this is gonna be GREAT beer!"
