Taco Mac and Cheese

Today was a "what do I have in the house that can feed everyone in an hour or less" type of Sunday dinner. I made up a taco mac and cheese casserole. It was a big hit, and EXTREMELY easy! This made a LOT 6 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 1-2 sticks of butter 1-2 cups milk 1 1/2 pounds Velveeta type cheese 1 handful of cheddar cheese 1-2 pounds of taco meat Doritos After the noodles are cooked and drained, add the butter, milk and cheese, and stir til the cheese is melty. Add the cooked taco meat and stir well. Pour into a greased 10 x 15 pan. Top with crushed dorito chips. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or til the chips are slightly browned and all is heated through. YUM!
