Caleb and Cameron are enjoying their summer job as lifeguards at the pool.  They got new lifeguard shirts today.  Here are pictures of them in their new shirts...

Playin' with the Train

Adam has spent lots of time playing with our Fisher Price train set!  He built the track all the way along the hallway!  This train set has certainly held up well!  Caleb got it for Christmas when he was just 2 years old!

Another Day of Fun

It's been another good day here!  Adam is having lots of fun "helping" with different things around the house.  Today he "helped" spray the sidewalk chalk off the driveway so that he can create more tomorrow, and he "helped" clean the guinea pig cages, too!

I'm hoping that Ethan, Aidan and Trey are having a great time at Camp Io-Dis-E-Ca.  I'm sure all is well there. 

I haven't heard from Ron today, so although many people are asking about how things are going, I have no new updates today.  I'm sure it's all going well!

Rachel had a ballgame tonight.  She had an awesome hit!  Adam happily cheered "Go Chachi!"  He has done a great job during all of these ballgames!

Photo Hunting: Water (part 2)

Since this is my first time I'm not really sure if I can do two, but I 'll plead ignorance if it's wrong.  I just remembered these photos from last week, and HAD to include them.  Crawdad hunting and splashing in the bubbling stream...that equals perfect water shots!

OK, I'm trying some thing new this week.  This blog http://tnchick.com/ has a new Photo Hunting theme each week.  A new theme is posted, and anyone who wants to participate may take a picture of something that they think fits that theme.  Post it on their blog, and put a link on the originating website.  I may try it!  You all know how I love taking pictures!

Here's mine for this first theme.  Yesterday, Ethan and Aidan and Cameron played in the creek, and came home filthy. I made them hose off before stepping foot in my house!  Ethan chose to spray himself with the JET setting on the hose...OUCH!

Hope you all enjoy the photo as much as he enjoyed playing in the hose!

Playground Fun!

Kelly left yesterday morning and we get to keep Adam and Aidan!  YAY!  Aidan and Ethan will go to church camp tomorrow, and Adam gets to stay with us til Friday.  We'll be busy, that's for sure, but goodness we'll have fun!  Here are some photos from the playground today!

Fun Day in the Sun!

While Ron and Erik are traveling the world, Kelly and 2 of their boys are visiting for the week.  We've had a fun time swimming, golfing, walking, and playing at the park.  And, of course, going to many, many baseball and softball games!

Yesterday we went to Echo Valley park, where my friend Lorry and her two kids joined us for a broasted chicken lunch, crawdad hunting, and splashing in the water (oh, and running to get lost shoes before they washed away!)  Here are some photos from the day!
